Aoraki LIANZA sponsorship for Professional Development Monday, Nov 10 2008

Hi, Aoraki LIANZA  is offering a professional development award of $750 to assist paid-up Aoraki LIANZA, SLANZA and TRW members to undertake professional development in library information management and information technologies. 

Members should feel free to apply for assistance for any activity that will develop and enhance their professional skills. Applications for partial sponsorship are welcome . If you have attended a professional development event within the last six months, or are considering attending such an event in the near future, apply for sponsorship !

Applications close 30th November.

I have finally made time to look at some of the things we learned about a few weeks ago at Lianza.

Slideshare for one.  I haven’t set up an account so that I can publish my library thing presentation but will do that soon. 

Meanwhile, however, I have taken a look and searched under the term “library”.  This brought up thousands of presentations with the term library- such as:
